It has good power.
I have had 3 has power washers over 25 years. I needed something that had power like the ones I had. But I needed something I could start. Getting older and my husband was having trouble pulling the gas ones. So I took a chance on line and found this one that has 4200 psi, the most I could find in an electric. I'm so pleased with the power! And I can handle it. My only recommendation would improve the cord wrap. Not very good, but I wrap it on a electric extension cord orange wrap thing I found a box store and it works great. Then I just hook it on for storage. It's a good machine. I hope it last a long time for me.

Broken Product
I used the product 2 times and it STOPPED working. There was a "pop" noise on from the inside of the product and water was coming out from inside of it. The hose/sprayer stopped working. I want to return and ask for a replacement or my money back but i am not given that choice. As a consumer, I should be given a choice to return if I'm not happy with a faulty product.

Better than my gas powered Washer
I love this power washer! And would give it five stars but for the fact that it uses different connectors for the hose preventing me from using hoses that I already have that cold extend the range.

Best electric pressure washer on market, can't go wrong with this one!
Its easy for me to handle & I have a bad back. I was able to use it to clean my oversized back patio & not suffer any back issues. Highly recommend getting one, cleaned my concrete sidewalks and my oversized pebble patio with easy.

Not modular. And gut feel says this is not as powerful as advertised.
Not very happy. The gun and connections are not modular therefore it won’t fit my existing foam gun and components. And while I have no test to back it up, it doesn’t seem anywhere near 4000psi vs my old 1800psi Husky. Not impressed.

Very low pressure compared to other brands
Way under powered compared to much smaller pressure washers I’ve had . Stopped working on the second use causing me to return the item and buy something different.

Made Cheap
Used this item 3 times, something snapped on the inside, and now it does not work. Leaks water everywhere.

It really does the job!
Works much better than my gas model with less mess and hassle.
