The keyboard is great for casual purpose and also for light gaming. But the problem is my mouse scroll wheel is loose. I am trying to contact the company but no response. Pathetic Customer Service!!!!

No major flaws, but things can be improved to make it a nice product.1> the keys have to be pressed way too down. A bit cumbersome, compared to my previous keyboard.2> the enter key is smaller than standard, this is a flaw.3> they have provided hot keys for music but I would have preferred power/sleep hot keys which are more commonly used.4> the text on the keys is not strongly printed, I guess it will wear out after a couple of months.

The packing was obviously good. The product looks good and is performing good. Even my smart tv is also compatible with it. The mouse is average but best in this price range.If one has low budget issues can go for this. With a warranty service of 3 years...

I am a I.T student hence it requires me to code a lot in a day and I strongly recommending you this combo of mouse and keyboard as it is best combo in low cost plus quality of both also best as well.

Good product and very much cost effective! Combo pack met my expectations. If get this in ₹600 then i would recommend for Shiny keyboard. Buttons are great and all are functional. Mouse is also good and usb wire is also long enough.

Product quality is good, but packing was not good. Received in normal company packing. Amazon packing was not there to protect the item. It could get damage during transportation. Fortunately my item is in good condition.It is little bit heavy. Keys are soft.
