I decided to try the Coop Home Goods Cooling Pillowcase because I’m one of those people who’s constantly flipping their pillow to find the “cool side.” Let me tell you—this pillowcase has completely changed the game.First off, it actually does what it claims. The fabric feels cool to the touch, almost like it’s been sitting in a chilled room, even if the rest of the bed isn’t particularly cold. I was skeptical at first, but it genuinely helps keep me comfortable through the night, especially during warmer months.What surprised me most was how soft it is. A lot of “cooling” products I’ve tried in the past tend to feel a bit stiff or slick, but this one feels smooth and lightweight without sacrificing comfort. It’s breathable, too—I don’t wake up sweaty, which is a huge win.One thing I really appreciate is how well it fits my pillow (I use the Eden Pillow from the same brand). It doesn’t slide around or bunch up, which is a pet peeve of mine with some pillowcases. The zipper closure is subtle and keeps everything in place, which makes the whole thing feel neat and tidy.If I had to nitpick, it’s a little pricier than a standard pillowcase, but honestly, the quality and cooling effect make it worth it for me. I’ve tried a few budget options before, and none of them came close to this one in terms of comfort or durability.Overall, this pillowcase feels like a small luxury that actually delivers. If you’re someone who sleeps hot or just wants a little extra comfort at night, it’s definitely worth checking out.

One side is cold and it’s fabulous. My daughter keeps taking it from me! I wish however there was an insert instead of just stuffing it. But.. other than that the product is great!

Not only is it supportive but the loft is fluffy enough and comes with extra stuffing that you can take out or add more.i bought the cool cover also. It is definitely cooler than my last pillow. Do not expect the pillow to be icy cold all the time. I was, however, pleasantly surprised that when I woke up, I wasn't sweaty and hot. I have MS. I'm always hot. My body can't regulate the temperature properly. Above shows the pillow with the cool cover. The cover looks like the pillow. It's definitely different from the raw pillow.

The pillowcase is very soft and the cool side is cool to the touch. As soon as you use it, it becomes hot and doesn't cool down again. I thought flipping it over and using the other side for awhile would let it cool back down, but it didn't.Update - COOP reached out and sent me a replacement. I've used it for about a week and the replacement gets a little warm but not hot like the original one I received. The new one takes longer to get warm. When it gets warm I can flip it over and within an hour the cool side gets cool again. It helps me stay cooler while I'm sleeping.

This pillow case really does cool. If the spot where I’m lying gets warm I move over a little to a cool spot. I can move back to my regular spot pretty quickly

I had an original Coop pillow. With chronic neck pain I've tried ALL the pillows, and ultimately don't need a big puffy pillow but instead one to support the curvature of my neck C1/C2. The travel size pillow is a great value and the amount of pillow I need. I'd already bought the extra Cool+ fill, which fills the travel size perfectly, with room to shape the fill for under my neck. Will be great for warmer temps! On the downside, even during these cold winter months I notice the surface DOESN'T stay cool.

I ordered this as a replacement for the pillowcase to replace an identical-looking one that came on my Coop Home Goods adjustable pillow. The pillow, I have to say, is absolutely fantastic and probably among the top 1% of all the hundreds of things I've bought on Amazon. However, whether it be to poor stitching or the rigors of my washing machine, the original pillowcase just fell apart. I ordered this one as a replacement and have been using it for many months now. So far it's holding up beautifully, but if it falls apart I will drop this review to 1 star and contact Coop. Besides the soft and smooth feel and look of the fabric, one great thing about this pillowcase is that it has a "normal" side and a "cool" side. You can just flip it depending on how you are feeling or the weather. I really love that. I use the normal side in the winter and the cool side when it's not cold.

When we got these pillowcases, we were quite impressed with how cool the cooling side really was. The first few nights, we felt quite nice and comfortable. But after only a week of use, the cooling side started to fray and the cooling effect completely disappeared. I don't know if we got a defective pillowcase, however we bought two of them and both started doing the same thing so I think it is just the way things are. Really quite disappointed given the we have Coop pillows and they are great quality and continue to work perfectly. I would have thought the cooling pillowcases would also be of the same great quality but sadly no. I do not recommend people get this product given the high price and the fact that cooling just does not stay beyond a week of use.
