A ALPENFLOW 8' Foam Surfboard 8ft Soft Top Surf Board High Performance Foamie Softboard Funboard with Leash Fins and Traction Pad

My daughter was very pleased at first. She absolutely loved the lightness and the board rode so smooth. She noticed a bubble about the size of a quarter and after about three weeks of use at her local Surf park the bubble grew and more formed. Please see attached photos. The board was an amazing ride but as the bubbles grew and filled with water it became too heavy for an adult to ride but was used by a 10 year year old who thoroughly enjoyed it. I purchased this board for my daughter and she only had 3 weeks of use and then had to go back to her heavier older board. The board was stored appropriately in an air conditioned locker at the park and was never left out in the heat. My daughter contacted customer service a few weeks ago where she also sent photos. She has not heard anything from them. The board was fabulous but became defective quickly for the user. Her contact info was shared and I hope someone will contact us to discuss further.
