Great brand great product

Just chickpeas . The size of the package works well for my lifestyle. It tastes good and has a farily decent texture. When needed I buy the extra fine, but for most applications, the texture of this is good. Seems to have a decent shelf life and mixes well in all my recipies.

Arrived safe and sound. Bags intact, and in great condition. Expiration over a year out - May 2022, so shelf life should not be issue. Opened one bag and flour looks great!This option (variation) includes resealable bags that are almost entirely opaque. This is great for storage and shelf life as both light and air are the enemies of any dry stored food. In comparison, the single bag option does not have resealable bags, and those bags are entirely translucent outside the label, exposing the contents to light. I prefer to purchase dry goods that are packaged to protect from light before purchase, and having a resealble bag is a bonus.That said, if lowest dollar amount was the most important factor, then purchasing multiples of the single bags here would have been cheaper as, right now, I would have been charged the same, single shipping charge no matter how many single bags I ordered at the same time, and I found the resealable bags elsewhere online much cheaper if part of a larger order, a little cheaper if not. But when you compare apples to apples - this as a stand alone order combined with Prime free shipping and shipping speed, this is a good value.

I use this flour to make the pizza crust. It’s fine and mixes well. No added ingredients; just chickpeas. With the proper balance of ingredients, your base can be as crunchy or as soft as you want.
