Have you ever had to adjust a bike chain? How many times have you had to measure and remeasure? This is one and done. Every time I clean my chain, I put this on to check the tension. Super easy. I love this product. I was hesitant at first, the price was high, and I could just do it on the cheap. This saves you so much time. You set it once when you get the chain, and then just put it on to check tension. Leave it on to adjust to the correct tension. Super easy. Did I mention how easy it was? I would buy this again if it broke, however, I do not suspect it will as it is well constructed.

I’d recommend this tool to newer riders who don’t have a lot of experience doing slack adjustments. It’s a great tool to teach riders what correct (and incorrect) slack feels like. For experienced riders who’ve been doing adjustments for years, they’ll likely find this tool of little use. On the Pro side, It appears to be well made using all metal components, and is available in several colors if you have more than one motorcycle to use them on. On the con side, beware when setting up the tool for use that you really need to tighten the hex bolt, like REALLY tighten it. Otherwise the alignment marks will slip under tension. The supplied hex key tool isn’t very big, doesn’t fit the bolt very well, and doesn’t provide much leverage for a bolt that really needs to be tight. My motorcycle is a 2022 Kawasaki Versys 1000 and this tool is well suited for the typical 30-40mm slack range.

So easy to calibrate to your specific motorcycle and then just a quick lock on and you see exactly where the tension of your chain is in reference to factory specs (which your chain should be at for the calibration). So simple and quick no reason not to check at every fill up or cleaning! Love it!

Makes checking the chain a No Brainer. Had the chain set to manufacturer specs for KTM 1290 Super Adventure S. Put this on. Calibrated it. Now tool does the work. Fast shipper and fair price!

The quality of the actual item that I received was not the same as the ad picture. It seemed it was a low quality materials. You should be honest with your customers.

Man, this takes ALL the guess work out of chain adjustment! Wish I'd had this YEARS ago! Saves me alot of time! Gonna recommend this to my fellow racers!

Nice tool, easy to use and set up. Need one for each bike though.
