Bought this for our Epson WF-2540 printer and it not only caused our printer to lock the ink cartridges and show an error, but one came opened and leaking !! Very disappointingFeb2025 Update:Customer service reached out to me and offered to refund or replace my items. I had a very pleasant conversation with them and can say if the cartridge ends up not working for you, they will fix your problem or offer other solutions. :)

Ink's fine. Printer's not.

Both the cyan and yellow ink carriages were broken. And when trying to insert, my printer says “unrecognized ink” because of the defects. Totally useless and a waste of money. I will never buy “re-inked” again. And because it’s been more than 30 days I can’t contact the seller or get a refund.

These 'carts' feel heavier than the original Epson ones - perhaps due to more ink inside? Print colours seem brighter too! But what a COST SAVINGS off my local store price!
