OWB CARRY MUST!!!
Title: Mixed Feelings: Glock 19/17 with Streamlight TLR-1 HL Holster ReviewHaving recently tried out the Holster for Glock 19/17 with Streamlight TLR-1 HL from Bravo Concealment, I have a mixed opinion about its performance and overall suitability for concealed carry. This review delves into the holster's fit, comfort, and practicality to provide a balanced assessment.Starting with the positive aspects, the holster is undeniably designed with precision to accommodate Glock 19/17 models equipped with the Streamlight TLR-1 HL weapon light. The custom-molded fit ensures that the firearm and light combination slide into place with a reassuring "click," indicating a secure hold. The adjustable retention feature offers a versatile level of security, allowing users to find the right balance between retention strength and quick draw accessibility. This is a practical addition for those who value the ability to fine-tune their holster's performance. On the comfort front, the holster's design does provide a decent level of contouring to the body. The slim profile and cant angle options contribute to minimizing printing and ensuring a discreet carry experience. However, where the holster falls short is in its comfort during extended wear. The Kydex material, while durable, tends to dig into the body over time, causing discomfort and sometimes even chafing against the skin. This is a crucial consideration for individuals who carry their firearm regularly or for extended periods.Additionally, the OWB (Outside the Waistband) design, while allowing for versatile carry, might not provide the level of concealment that some users require. This depends on individual body shape, clothing choices, and preferences for carry position. While the holster's fit and compatibility are impressive, the holster's price point might be a sticking point for some users. The premium cost might not align with the overall comfort and convenience the holster offers. In conclusion, the Holster for Glock 19/17 with Streamlight TLR-1 HL from Bravo Concealment has its merits, particularly its custom fit and adjustable retention. However, its comfort level and potential for discomfort during extended wear raise concerns. While it might suit some concealed carry needs, potential buyers should carefully consider their comfort priorities and budget constraints before making a decision.

Good OWB holster for the money
Solid construction, reasonable fit. Expect it to be TIGHT when you first receive it, I recommend removing the retention screw altogether and working the pistol in and out of the holster several dozen times to loosen things up. If yours is like mine, the holster will be a few thousandths too tight in a few areas and this will rub/scrape off as you work the pistol in and out. You'll get some plastic residue on your pistol and light, but this wipes off easily and doesn't damage the finish of either. If you're worried about the finish, save your pennies and get a Safariland or similar suede lined holster for 5x more than this one.Once it's broken in and you get an affirmative CLICK when inserting/removing the pistol, reinsert the retention screw and tighten to your liking. I recommend a very small amount of loctite blue on the retention screw and the belt loop screws to avoid unplanned rapid disassembly in the field.

Great bang for my buck.
My second light bearing bravo. It works as expected yet very tight fitting even with the adjustment as loose as possible. It will loosen some with time and use.I really like these holsters they work as intended. I like to add a leather backer and iwb spring clips and run it iwb like a hybrid holster.

Tight fit
Way too tight of a fit for a Gen 5 Glock 17 with TLR-1 light. I understand you have to break a holster in but the amount of force needed to draw out of this holster is insane. Tried putting a towel into the holster overnight to stretch it out a little but didn’t work. If I still had original packaging I would be returning this.

Works perfect for a STR9C
I recently bought a Stoeger STR9C and while gun only holsters are available, there really isn’t much if any for light bearing holsters. On a gamble since the Stoeger is basically a Gen 3 Glock clone , I gave it a try and on the loosest setting it’s perfect

Good on G47 and VIR
Works well with G47 and Streamlight VIR and Holosun EPS.

It has issues.
This is a great looking holster. Love the belt clips and the feel of it. I take issue with the trigger guard because it doesn’t fully protect the trigger. I was able to get my finger in between the holster and gun and fully operate the trigger with ease. It was also ridiculously tight to the point I couldn’t unholster the weapon, so I had to fully remove the adjustment screw. It also leaves marks on the slide/light but it is just a duty gun that will wear.

Product didn’t last
This holster set up started out pretty good. Was able to conceal without a large imprint. I didn’t wear it all the time but wore it enough. But, I never did anything intensely with this holster. No heavy duty range days, didn’t wear it at work if I was in the field…just a low key holster that was comfortable. Another officer had the same holster but he wore his quite a bit more than I did. After 6 months his broke. It took mine a year. I wasn’t doing anything except sitting in my car doing surveillance and when I got home it was broken. Not a very sturdy product. Which is a shame because they make great rifles! I’ll be contacting Bravo Company to see if they’ll replace the pancake belt loops. Functions great, just not very durable. I’d recommend to those who are going to conceal carry but not for anyone to use in law enforcement at work.
