Chaco Men's Dixon High Waterproof Boot, Toffee, 10.5 M US

Returning...I was excited to get these boots, since I purchased a size too large originally. They are true to size- no need to go up or down. The leather was very soft, not even a hint of glue, or a raveling stitch on either boot. The first pair looked well made. This pair did as well, even though it appeared as if I wasn’t the first person to return them. The box and tissue paper were intact; however, the tags were cut off, one boot had loosened shoestrings, and its cardboard packaging material was missing. I wasn’t bothered that someone else had tried them on and returned them. They are good looking boots. When I went to wear them for the first time, I realized the arch support was HORRIBLY high. So high in fact, I took the boots off to see if I had managed to some how miss additional packing material. I have a very high arch, yet these were still way too high for me. If I hadn’t already returned my first pair, I would be exchanging them in hopes that these just had defective soles. Nope, can’t recommend.
