A little bummed
Ive been buying globes for over a decade since I got a my first pair of a Cairo Foster's. The padding on the shoes are way thicker than other globes I've ever bought which is a huge plus because they've been way more comfortable. However the third day of wearing them the air pocket popped on the sole and now there's a noticeable difference between the support from my left and right foot. I'm pretty disappointed because these weren't cheap and all I did was wear them to work two full days and on the third morning I hear a weird snap and now with every step I hear an obnoxious clicking every time I step on my left foot. To say it's annoying is an understatement. If that didn't happen I would have gave these bad boys 5 stars but I'm stuck with shoes that click super loud as I walk down the tiles hallways at my work

Despite being prone to cracks in the sole tubes (bought two different color pairs and both cracked after a few months) these shoes are great protection. Wore them till they we're shredded. Looking forward to replacing them soon.

Avoid. Heel will blow out with very minimal wear.
As others have stated, the 'nitrocel' in the heel blows out. Seems to be a very common problem, wish I had read all the reviews prior to purchasing. I wear these 2-3 days week to work in an office, they barely show any wear but the cell thing popped. I reached out to Globe but they didn't respond. It's a shame, I've owned many pairs of Globe shoes over the years and decided to spend a little more and get the Sabre, wish I hadn't wasted my money. This will be the last pair of Globe shoes I buy. They don't seem interested in resolving this often reported issue, very disappointing.

Loved these shoes
Loved these shoes. They do not provide much arch support but this is typical of any skate shoe. These shoes were some of the most comfortable I ever owned and very durable. I did a lot of Skating in these and got a lot of use out of them. After about a year and a half the inside of one of the shoes wore out on the heel, this exposed a very sharp piece of plastic ending their life cycle. I would recommend these shoes and would buy them again.

I really liked these sneakers. I wore them every few days, just for casual wear, no hard use. They already blew out the air bubble on the back of the left shoe. I saw another review with pictures of the same issue. They started making a weird noise and then I noticed the popped bubble when I took them off. I really like the look and comfort of these shoes, but the quality is horrible. I have pairs of Nike Air max that I wore the same way that are over 5 yrs old. These globes only lasted a couple months of very little use.

very great looking design. beautiful. No caveats, except for that theyre a little tight feeling AT FIRST.. but i know they will loosen up.the reason they feel a little small is because the back ankle cushion pushes your foot forward so your toes are pushed up.I wasnt as big of a fan as the "night" color as i thought id be. it looks a little more like a faded discolored black, not good looking color at all imo.i dont regret the purchase, but for almost $90, i thought theyd use a better color than the "night" look... because the shoes actual design is sexy AF

I love how they fit and have plenty of padding and support on the sides and ankle. And the fused tongue is genius. Only a few problems, the Ridge on the toe is very easily damaged and makes them look bad very quickly. I'm not sure what it's coated with but the color peels off, revealing threads underneath. I did have to add an extra in-sole for padding, and one of the air bubbles on the heel popped within the first week of wearing them. I don't notice a difference in support but they were thrashed faster than any other shoe I have ever gotten.

I contacted the company with pictures and my receipt. And I have yet to hear back from them. And I doubt i will. I will never buy shoes from Globe again.

Watch for cracking of air pocket at heel
Fantastic style,have bought many,my only gripe,and it's a big one,the air pockets at the heel have cracked and failed on a lot of the trainers I've had,exchanged a few and still they've cracked.a design flaw. But I like the style and fit. Will buy more,but am wary and unhappy

Globe sabre
Ho preso lo stesso modello che gia avevo (vedi foto), ora per lo meno, il nero domina alla grande. Ed ho preso mezzo numero in meno, ovvero il 44, ora sono perfette. Al momento calzano un po' dure rispetto alle vecchie, ma tempo di abituarsi e la scarpa si adatta al piede e saranno ottime. Tempi di consegna: ho ordinato venerdì 11 di pomeriggio e sono arrivate stamattina, lunedì 14. Spedizione prime. La scatola è un po' ammaccata per via del trasporto,ma le scarpe a prima vista non sembrano danneggiate.Aggiorneró la recensione dopo averle usate.
