While using it for the first time to put our new tree away BOTH ZIPS BROKE OFF .as it has one at either end,, it’s says it takes up to and 8 ft tree ,ours is 7 ft so not over packed,, Really disappointed, and intend complaining to supplier,

I was very disappointed with the Christmas tree back. We thought it would be the perfect way to store our artificial tree, but the one of the double zips split, and the bag itself split in two places. The fabric is not strong enough to take the weight of an 8 foot tree!
