This is a great tool to use for turning your case necks down to proper concintricity so you can shoot tighter groups with a rifle. The largest problem is finding correct neck dies.

Does good enough
Is this for precision benchrest case prep? maybe or maybe not, but it works great for turning my hunting hand loads. If your cases develop donuts in the neck or you have neck thickness variations this will take care of that. My 7mm mag shoots sub-moa.

Quality Control Issues with Mandrel for .224
I bought this to use with .224 cases. The mandrel for .22 actually measured .201. With 20 thousandths wobble, this thing was useless.Edit: I talked with RCBS support and they explained that parts had been made wrong and released to distribution. They promised to send me the correct part. Will update.So, two weeks later I get the new part and it is exactly like the original. 0.201" Back on hold with RCBS. WOW.Edit: The second replacement part works great. The black handle thing is too deep to use with shorter cases, so I used an old Lee trimmer brass holder and everything works ok now.

Bad Quality Control
Brass lock nut came without threading... need to send back. The main body housing had metal shavings left in it. Looks like a crappy manufacturing process that clearly has issues.

A must for accuracy
If you shoot bolt action rifles this will increase accuracy.Time consuming chore, but the results on paper will pay off.

None better for the price.
Tried many other methods this beats them all hands-down. It is time-consuming and laborious but does an excellent job. I found a way to hook the case holder to cordless a drill thus speeding up the process.

"A REAL NECK TURNER"
Works perfectly for turning case necks. Very easy to use and leaves a nice finish on the brass. DO NOT!!!!! Try to over tighten the lock ring on the adjustment barrel. The threads are cut so deep the material left is very thin and it will break rendering the whole thing useless. Mine works perfectly after I rebuilt it.

A great neck turner
I've used this on all of my brass and it works great. Assembly is easy and is very accurate. The necks of all of my brass are within less than .0005 of an inch of thickness. The only reason I am giving 4 stars is because of seller error. The cutting tool was unfinished. The pilot hole was not drilled out and the cutting assembly hole was not tapped. I called up RCBS and they sent out a new one no questions asked and at no charge.

Needs a different driver.
Cutting tool worked well but the the case driver does not grip well enough on case.
