To use simply dissolve the powder in a Pint of the beer or wine, stir the mixture into the batch making sure to mix very well, wait for a week for the Polycarp to work, and rack the beer or wine off the sediment or send it through a Filter. 2 doses. Non-sealing cap.
Wow...- So this is a 1/2 ounce of the product. If you're using it for beer, that means you get TWO whole uses.- The cap, once it's opened, does not seal. It's not a snap on. It's not a screw on. When you close it on its hinge it just sits on the top.- There are no instructions on how to use it.Would not buy again.

I don't recommend experimenting with chemical precipitants in homebrewing
This was a single giant clump when I received it. I broke it up into pellets, but they did not achieve the clarification I wanted. I don't recommend experimenting with chemical precipitants in homebrewing.
