Herbalife Sleep Now With Passionflower Lavender Hops Valerian and Melatonin

Its ok but not great. You have to use 2 for it to work and takes about an hour before you ferl it. Its expwnsive and I dont think its worth the money

Works good. Helps me sleep at night and stay asleep.
