I bought this item for my sister who fell and broke her wrist and also damaged the tendons in her arm. She is taking physical therapy right now because she is having trouble making a fist.She showed the therapist a picture of the items in the box (she didn’t have the kit at the time) and the therapist said that the balls in the kit would be helpful to use at home between her therapy sessions.The box was packaged well and the item was just as described. The price was very reasonable. She is looking forward to using them.

These are so helpful especialy if you have artirtis in your hands. It has been helping so much gain strength back into my hands and fingers. I deffintly recommend.

Bought these twice, once for myself and got my friends dad that had a stroke. These are nicely packaged with a booklet of several suggested exercises beyond just the obvious squeezing in your palm. I am not a senior, as the name and cartoon implies, but I found this brand to be high quality so I bought it despite that.

I recently had finger joint surgery due to a bone infection and am having difficulty getting grip strength back in my dominant hand. I tried a squeeze ball, but it was too hard. So I found this on Amazon and find the product very useable. However, the booklet indicates the ‘soft’ ball is red, orange is medium and green is hard. That was NOT what I found the firmness to be. So I looked on the Amazon page for the product, and it is correct there: orange is soft, not medium; red is firm, not soft; and green is medium, not hard. Also, there was a little snag in the yellow ball. Not a big deal if it doesn’t get worse. All the balls are a little tacky, but that isn’t a problem for me. I just won’t put it on anything with lint. And there is no odor.I think the cost is a bit steep, but if I get strength back in my hand, it will be worth it.

Product arrived quickly and accurate as sdvertised.

The biggest positives are the egg shaped squeeze balls which fit comfortably in the hand and don't roll around as much as traditional exercise balls; the small storage pouch for travel; and the convenient exercise book. Note the egg colors don’t correspond to those listed in the booklet and the exercises as well as numerous others are readily available for free online. Seemed overpriced and over packaged/promoted for what you get.

The multiple balls allow you to choose the one that’s perfect for your needs. They are durable and made of good material.
