I didn't have much trouble getting it to run. I had to use Lychee slicer which I ended up paying for premium because I liked it so much. I usually get good prints and haven't had any problems. That being said, I am on many 3D printing Facebook groups and many people have a very hard time getting any good prints at all and their customer service is awful.

Slicing software wouldn't load

I went with this printer so I could dedicate my larger printer to soley large items and keep this one for miniature printing. The manufacturer boast some of the fastest print times for printers this size. I have used resin printers in the past and had no issues, I am well versed on calibrating settings for resin printing, and bed leveling, etc. I went with the manufacturer's line of resin to keep things all similar. But, this machine was imposible to dial in and provided failed results time and again. It would print the test prints just fine, but anything taller would fail after several attempts to adjust settings. On my final attempt the knob for the build plate fell apart causing it to crash into the screen. At this point I am jist going to return it.

Bought this printer eager to get some models going and did plenty of research to see which one was gonna give me the best quality, I bought this one and immediately followed the instructions on assembly and got some resin in there and next thing you I see my print is done and there's nothing on the build plate, rinse and repeat like 10 times and scouring the web for advice that wasn't check you plate being level and figured that it was a program issue so I went and got a refund.

Very easy to use haven't had a problem with the prints staying in place used so often I've already replaced it it lasted a good 35 prints and I am a beginner have had a few failures but that was user error definitely download and use lychee slicer it's worth it even the free version haven't need tech support

This is a really good intermediate printer. The metal frame gives it a premium feeling, and the Mono screen is excellent, comparing the printing times between this one and my old photon... its awesome to see the difference in details.

Otis very easy to use. Unpack the printer and start printing if you have resin. Cleanup is minimal. The test piece is very challenging and the printer did a great job on it and pieces that I have introduced since. The only questionable part is the Wi-Fi interface. Still working on getting it to perform.
