Q: Can I use this sharpener with non Rada brand knives?

I would say YES! As long as the blade is not serrated. I use them on all of y knives and it works great. Be careful though they get wicked sharp

Q: can you sharpen a kabar with it.

If it is a straight edge Ka-Bar you should be able to. If it is a combination straight and serrated edge type you would only be able to sharpen the straight edge.

Q: Would it sharpens a meat &cheese deli type blades?

It's meant to sharpen Rada knives that are non-serrated. I have had customers use them on other brands of knives. No serrations though

Q: can the blades in the sharpener be sharpened?

They do not have any blades on the sharpener.
