Q: I have an airsense 10 but i dont see a hole for the adapter. Do i need to buy a different humidifier?

You need to buy a new top cover less silicon gasket to replace the non SOCLEAN cover that comes with your unit. Use the gasket that came with your airSense canister. The modified SOCLEAN canister top costs about $26 on Amazon.

Q: Why don't you sell the bottom of the water chamber?

You should receive a water tank with your refill provider. This is only the adapter required for the ResMed machine.

Q: I just received a new resmed airsense 11. since there is no soclean adapter kit for this machine, how can i use my soclean with my new cpap?

You would have to get the adapter for a resmed airsense 11

Q: Is this fsa eligible?

I believe so since it is a medical appliance. I have submitted cpap supplies for FSA reimbursement in the past and was successful.
