Replacement parts available?
Love this item but it is the 2nd one I’ve owned in past 4 years and they both have broken in the same place. The curly part breaks off and doesn’t work anymore... is there anyway to fix or get replacement parts?

It is ok. That's it. Not sure if a higher priced opener of this type would be any better. Of note, this one comes with absolutely nothing but what you see. No seal cutter no extra cork screw, no box

At first it worked great. But after a week or so
At first it worked great. But after a week or so, the corkscrew came loose and will push the cork into the bottle rather than pull it out, I have to keep trying to make it tighter to make it work.

Doesn't last long
I had this 3 years, but only used it maybe 4 times a year. It broke when I had a cork that was tough to get out. So durability is not something that you can look forward to.
