Honestly, NOT BAD!!!
Biggest issue with this saxophone was the initial intonation. Many notes are sharp, others are flat, but as many wind musicians know, it needs time to be broken in.I’d recommend buying reeds and a different mouthpiece, just given that this sax isnt the BEST quality. (you get what you pay for.)Otherwise, I was genuinely shocked at the quality. Would definitely recommend for anybody who’s looking to pick up a hobby!Edit: I’d also like to say, definitely get a neck cork replacement. It’s not good quality, and not real cork. Also, definitely get a new mouthpiece and reeds. Saxophones are an investment and you should always make it to your standards and playability!

Piece of junk - unplayable
This Tenor saxophone is absolutely unplayable. The octave key does not work - impossible to get sound out of it. There was no quality check before this piece of junk was shipped. They should be ashamed of putting something this out for sale. Really really bad.

Spectacular tenor saxophone. Easy to play, ergonomic and with an incredible sound.
The media could not be loaded. Spectacular tenor saxophone. Easy to play, ergonomic and with an incredible sound. I took it out of the packaging and played it. I want to have the opportunity to have an alto saxophone and a trumpet from the EASTROCK brand. Watch the video.

great buy
my daughter asked for this for her birthday and I thought for that price it would be flimsy and a waste of my money. however, I was very mistaken. this is a well made instrument. beautiful engraved artistry and the keys are beautiful. this instrument came with everything she needed. although, she didn't like the reed that came with it.

Decent Marching saxophone.
I bought this sax for my freshman college marching season. while it stays in tune well, and has pretty okay sound quality. It does struggle with playing lower B and Bb, this is not an issue on my yamaha. Most music majors i’ve talked to just says it’s because it has leaks. They are right. If you’re trying to get in to saxophone, sure it’s a good bargain, but this should never be used as a concert horn.

Great horn for the price
I last played Saxophone 48 years ago, when I made it to All-State on Tenor. Then I discovered motorcycles and girls and the sax got put away. Recently decided to try it again, just for fun but didn't want to all in on an expensive top of the line model so I tried this one after reading other reviews. It did not disappoint. It arrived well packaged, sooner than promised, has a decent case and worked perfectly right away with no issues with stuck pads, loose springs or sticky keys. Found out I had totally forgotten how to read music but that came back with some study. I also found I don't have the "wind" I had as a teenager either! While it took a while to get a decent tone, that was because of me, not the instrument. Starting to get the hang of it again, I am very happy with this Sax. I got the one with black lacquer, and I think it looks awesome. As I progress, I am sure I might want another mouthpiece but I can't think of anything else it might need. Rather than spend a lot of money on something like a Selmer, a beginner or returnee like myself would be better off to get this horn and PRACTICE. I highly recommend this instrument and am having fun with it. Although, my parrot does not share my enjoyment of relearning saxophone.
