HP ENVY 27-p014, 27? IPS Full HD (1920 x 1080) Touchscreen, Intel Core i5-6400T, 12GB, Windows 10 All-in-One Desktop PC (Renewed)

This unit was advertised as a touch screen. That function was not present, nor were there any drivers for a touch screen.Attempted to contact seller, but when I took the link for a phone call or chat, nothing happened. I would like to resolve this without sending back, because I have already spent $100 to bring it up to Windows 10 Professional status - so please contact me, if we come to some resolution I will adjust this review.

Love this big, full HD monitor. I've been using HP All-In-Ones for years now, and have always been happy with them. This 27" Envy is no exception. It's responsive with beautiful, crisp images, which is super important to me because I constantly edit images. My last Envy was a Beats, but I've got to tell you, the Bang & Olufsen sound system on this one is better.This is a refurb and there was a pre-existing issue when it arrived, which made itself know within a day or so of my turning it on. It ended up taking a system Reset to correct it, but that was months ago, and all has been well since then. HP tech people were great. The company from which I purchased it, not so much. But, what can I say....it all turned out fine. And, all that aside, I like this machine.

The touch screen function stopped working. Ive only owned this computer for 1 year. The seller Focus Camera was of little to no help unfortunately. I reached out to them for help with no success. In my opinion I do not recommend buying a refurbished product from this company. I believe they should stand by the products they sell but they got their $800 from me so it's just tough luck over here on my end. Seems like I'm stuck with a computer that randomly moves the cursor around the screen.

My previous desktop was six-years old and just didn't have the processor speed and memory that I need for my various genealogy and photo work so it was time to get a new one. I have tablets and laptops but nothing beats a large-screen for being able to do better quality work with those kinds of applications. I did some research and picked the refurbished HP ENVY because of the features offered and the excellent price. It is a great machine and I am very happy with it.

Unit was received with no Keyboard. Mouse didn't work.. When booted it reported drive errors and said to reboot. After that it did not go through the Windows 10 initial set up it just had a default user of "User" with no password required. The packaging was also not up to the normal HP re-certified. The vendor never responded to any of my support requests.

Terrible touch screen did not work, usb device for mouse and key board were missing. I sent the whole package back
