I use this product when I sleep. I am able to listen to bi-aural sounds, music, and sleep. I also use it for my daytime power naps and for my Non-Sleep Deep Rest (NSDR) cycles. All of these sessions I manage with bi-aural sounds. Even if I don't have time to pull the shades/curtains, I am able to pull the front down and block out light while I am in one of these sessions. It doubles as a nighttime mask. If I were to improve the product, I would redesign the speakers. They are large and rest on top of the ear. I would make it so you could have pull-away earbuds that fit into the ear. The sound would be cleaner. You would not have to turn it up so loud. and the noise canceling would work better. I am on my 4th pair. Not because of the product, but because I have several puppies that chew and lick everything. And I mean "everything".

My PT recommended purchasing some sleeping earphones to reduce my overall stress levels. These were the highest reviewed headphones that popped up on my search for a really good price. At first wear, it was a little different to feel something wrapped around my head while sleep but it’s actually pretty comfortable. The material is smooth and stretchy - like Lycra - but I’m not sure if it’s sweat absorbent. The first night, I slept like a rock. I barely heard my partner’s snoring or shuffling around in the bed. Of course, I play white-noise, rain sounds while sleeping and I also wear a heavy eye mask. You can still hear some of the ambient home sounds, which I personally appreciate, because I don’t like feeling like I’m in a sensory deprivation tank. My only inconvenience was because I’m a side sleeper, sometimes the earphone disk can dig into my ear if the headband isn’t aligned perfectly over my ear canal. But overall, I can’t say I would need to spend more money hunting for more headphones. Great buy! Can’t wait to creat better sleep cycles with these :)

I needed something to help me relax, especially at night. I have trouble wearing earbuds because I have very small ears so nothing stays put, always pops out and the noise canceling headphones are a bit pricey so I was excited to find these! Yes, they are comfortable. No, they are not noise canceling but it does put the sound right at your ears so it's pretty easy to zone out of the surrounding chaos and focus on the sounds. Quick charging. And so far I have used it for about an hour at a time and I use it 3 times before I charge it so it hasn't died on my. I don't use it for exercising but I can say it's not waterproof so use with caution if you plan on sweating, but otherwise these are pretty great!

Very particular about how I sleep yet can sleep anywhere, I was pleasantly pleased with these sleep headphones. Haven’t put them to the test with the husband’s snoring, but it blocks out the dog and the neighbor’s rooster, Henry.A happy bonus was the ability to pull it down a bit and have an eye mask.The lightweight fabric is great and the Bluetooth range is awesome. The sound control is apparently customary for the product but I wished it was a bit more infinite at the low range. The ability to move the slim speakers within the pocket helps to adjust the levels a bit more and still prove comfortable for side-sleepersOverall, I’m very satisfied!

I use these headphones all night every night and I’m on my 3rd pair. They have lasted as well and as long as one could reasonably expect with that level of use. I have tried similar products but these are the best. Even when other products look very similar, they are different in little ways that matter - other sleep headphones have had thicker, tighter material that was too hot and too snug and made working the controls really difficult. Additionally, other headphones have had charging ports that were very hard to use, buried behind a tiny slit in the fabric, especially when you’re trying to figure out a micro usb port. The newest version of these headphones has usb-c and the port is easy to find with a good size opening in the fabric and a small length of cord that makes it easy to maneuver.As with any sleep headband, although the speakers are quite thin (with surprisingly good sound quality), they can be uncomfortable when sleeping on your side. I find shifting them just a bit to put the speaker in a better position of helpful.

This is my second one. I wanted one for when I travel and one for when I take my walks. I really like this concept. It is easy to put on, it is very comfortable (sometimes I forget I have it on if it is turned off) and the sound quality is excellent. The battery last a long time. I need to listen to music or a tv program when I sleep and I have this on all night and the battery is still strong. I use it every day and I do not have to charge it every day

I’ve had this thing for about a year now, cause I listen to stuff while I sleep. When I first got it I was shocked at how well it worked for the price - I expected it to be a cheap thing I try for a few weeks before going back to using other stuff. I’ve been using it ever since, and not only is it super comfortable while retaining good sound quality, but it hasn’t worn down at all in the past year. The fact that such a cheap item is still in prime condition shows its value. Honestly the best value headphones on the market, I’d even use them over my beats earbuds sometimes.

I bought this for 2 main reasons. Number 1 - my partner likes to sleep with the TV on and the glare from the screen drives me crazy. Number 2 - I like to listen audio books when I'm sleeping. We decided to compromise. He gets to keep the TV on - provided he uses his noise cancelling headphones. And I buy this little headband, to block out the screen, but get the benefit of listening to my books! This headband ticks both those boxes and more!!! It is fully "black-out" proof, meaning, I can sleep comfortably without any tv glares or early morning sunlight waking me! The sound quality is what really amazed me. For the very affordable price that I paid, I was thrilled that the sound clarity was so great!!! In addition, it keeps you're head toasty when out for an evening walk and listening to some music. It's also comfortable to sleep in, no digging into your head like other bands I have owned. Extremely happy with my purchase and highly recommend!

I've been researching some noise masking products that could help with my tinnitus as it has spiked in the recent weeks and it is affecting my sleep and my wellbeing. I saw this band and it had good reviews so I though I would give it a try. I got the green one. I was pleasantly surprised to receive it the day after. It's very easy to use and to connect to the Bluetooth. It comes in a small box and there's also a leaflet with instructions inside. It's very stretchy and very comfortable to sleep with, especially if you sleep on a side. The sound is great. I'm so happy with this product as I can finally find some peace and get some sleep from the constant ringing in my ear.

I ordered this item in the hope of getting some relief from insomnia. They were extremely easy to set up with one click. I had the sound on low and I could still hear outside noise which I wanted to be able to do with a grandchild staying regularly - but sure if they were louder they would block the sound out. My husband couldn’t hear them which was a bonus. The sound quality is very clear. They can be pulled over your eyes to use as a sleep mask while still fitting over your ears. I was worried about the charger point at the back of the band because I sleep both on my back and on my side but it wasn’t uncomfortable and I didn’t notice it. I had been toying with buying this for some time and wish I had done it sooner. As for the insomnia - I laid awake for a couple of hours listening to relaxing music then changed to a sleep podcast and was asleep in under half an hour. Very happy with this purchase.

I've not used one of these headbands before, but I'm so impressed by the sound quality and comfiness of the band. The Bluetooth connected immediately, and has each time since. It says you need to charge it before use, but I tried it without, and the battery said 100%. It's so comfy to use in bed, even for side-sleepers. I've downloaded a timer app on my tablet, so I can go to sleep listening to music. The speakers are movable within a little pocket in the headband, so you can get them just right for you. Would recommend!

This is a complaint I didn’t expect I’d have. I’ve used many of these types of headphones from other manufacturers before, but never the type with the tail charger. Tried this one for a change. The minimum volume is too high. It’s too loud to sleep and my partner can hear it from the other side of a king sized bed. So.. no use for my purpose. Returned
