This is not your American vapid hot chocolate, this is seriously thick chocolate. This was the way it was made to be back in the invention days. You must vigorously mix this in milk before heating and after heating. Many Americans will be put off by the thickness, but believe me when I tell you it is worth it.

I like having a hot chocolate once in a while, and Swiss Miss doesn't do it. (too gritty, bad taste). This stuff is awesome. It whips up smoothly (use a whisk, or an aerolatte) and wait a few minutes before drinking it and it will thicken even more. Great stuff.
