Ive been using this on my feet for 2 years and it has always worked for me. Occasionally i stop using it to see if the sting, burn, itch sensation has gone away only to be woken up in he middle of the night. I apply this cream and 5 - 10 minutes later the pain is gone. I highly recommend it.

The burning sensation in my feet was reduced enough so I could fall asleep and I didn’t notice any smell. But my neuropathy is peripheral so I’m not sure it would be the same for those with diabetic neuropathy. Overall better than nothing.

I have now used this cream several times. The only plus I have found with it is that it is somewhat moisturizing. I have severe neuropathy in both feet, and have found no pain relieving benefits from the cream thus far. I won't purchase it again.
