Bought it for my daughter for her birthday and she and I loved the quality, taste and value for our money. It is of an awesome green color, takes its time to make but tastes heavenly. I am sad I am not able to get it after this time, it shows out of stick.

My favorite matcha ever!Super complex blend of Unami and sweetness. There’s a tartness and a chalkiness that work well together, almost like a malted fruit. I like using raspberry syrup with this one to amp up the tart flavors.Mild but doesn’t get washed in a latte- shines through!The perfect ratio: 1/4 c hot water, 1/2 c almond milk, 1 tsp sweetener (maple or raspberry!)Whisks so beautifully

It doesn't taste bitter or weird. Not too sweet which is good.Have very little bit fishy flavor..The umami flavor and other textures are so low..It doesn't have the nice ceremonial grade quality for sure.I wont buy this grade again.
