Beware the Phantom penis drawings.
We have it on the wall in the kitchen, and it looks good and is great for scribbling notes on....... But my nephew keeps drawing knobs on it.We didn't buy the recommended chalk pens, but they work great on this board anyway.

Exactly what I wanted
My nw blackboard was delivered within a couple of days from ordering (unusual given CV19) and it was really well packaged and protected.The board came with wall screws and plugs so it can be quickly mounted, although I'm using it differently.The frame itself is excellent. The lime wash look is stunning and really makes this frame something special.Very happy with my purchase and I would highly recommend!

Handmade…in China.
Probably my own fault but I still feel misled. The ad gives the impression these things are individually hand made in the US, but everything points to them being mass produced in China. The packaging clearly states ‘Made in China’, with all the hallmarks of factory packaging.The ‘porcelain steel’ looks like some kind of plastic coating and not porcelain, to me.Even the personal thank you note from Nick B. is pre-printed and has been added before the item was shrink wrapped and boxed.Had I known this I wouldn’t have made this purchase. I was under the impression my purchase was supporting a small enterprise who were creating individual quality products. Amazon has a field for country of manufacture which doesn’t appear to have been completed, the pessimist in me thinks this was intentional.I regret spending the money for what I received.
