These boxes are crafted from 3/8 inch Poplar, Red Oak, Maple, or Cherry. They have a recessed top and bottom made from 1/4 inch Oak, Maple, or Cherry plywood. The corners are mitered and the top edges are rounded over to give them a beautiful finished appearance. They have an interlocking hinged top with 90 degree brass stop hinges to support the lid And last, they have a small decorative brass latch & lock to keep them closed tightly. We sand the inside and outside so they are ready to finish right out of the box. The outside dimensions of this box are approximately 13 3/4 x 4 1/4 x 4 inches, with a total inside area of 13 x 3 1/2 x 3 1/4. We can also laser engrave your box to give it a very special personalized touch. Just purchase the engraving option at checkout and let us know what you would like engraved on your box.
