Ease of use
Fantastic product. Easy to attach to wall and easy to use, especially for the bigger garden as very easy to pull out and allow to independently retract when finished,

Total rubbish ( crap )
Total rubbish ! Lasted two months , big twang centre spool snapped and spring unwound , beyond repair , no packaging to return , save your money don’t bother , in the skip now , buy cheap buy twice they say , how true , hoselock from now on 🤬

The action of retraction
The design for mounting the hose pipe could have been better .Differcult to get tools on to screws and told to hammer.That is not the design of the screw which if screwed in explains in the plug and grips more strongly

Useful piece of gardening equipment
Very simple to install and extends to full amount easily. Simple to return hose to base with a quick tug of the hose too. Very impressed .

Broken in 2 uses
The product seems well built. BUT for 80 pounds for the product to break and no longer retract is a massive waste of money. Do not recommend.

Great Product
I bought this hose reel for my daughter as I thought it would be easier to use than a manual one. Also it is not as bulky as some other makes. She has only had it for a few weeks but so far it is working fine, very easy to pull out and retract when wanting to rewind. I fitted it on the wall but used a wooden batten to fix it against so that it has enough clearance against the wall to turn through 180 degrees.
