I had a pretty with a light grey frame that just didn't work with my decor. So I purchased some gold leaf sheets from Temu, and this adhesive from amazon which made it so easy to apply. The frame looks beautiful and it's holding the gold leaf securely. No flaking!

This product should worked fine

Although my first time ever doing gold leafing, I have now used this product on 3 surfaces. A wood-based bedside table lamp, an antique wood mirror, and resin plaques (flanking mirror in photo). Handling the gold leaf sheets has learning curve, but once I got the hang of it, the adhesive and sealer applied easily and have performed well on all 3 projects. I would recommend this to anyone wanting to do gold leaf work. Since they are both diluted with water, it takes very little to get the job done and I have a lot left. These small bottles will do a LOT of projects!

I wanted to have a fun book binding project, and re-bind one of my favorite Mangas. I got this set to go with the silver and gold leaf I'd use on the cover and it worked like a champ. The directions were easy to follow, and I think the cover turned out great. It worked exactly as it said it would, and so far I haven't noticed any tarnishing on the cover.

This is the first I used this and it seems to work well.

I used these product to adhere metal leafing to faceplate covers. The leafing is protected by the varnish. These 2 products were easy to use and worked like a charm. Be aware, when they say sticky, they aren't kidding. That's why the product works. Both the glue and the varnish dry quickly, so clean your brushes quickly with soap and water. I used a soft cloth to buff and remove any excess metal leaf, before I used the varnish.

Instruction says “ mix it with water at a ratio of 1:10”. I read it as one part varnish and 10 part water. It didn’t turn out right. So I searched the the site for information. Video shows mix with 10% water. It’s more like it. So I had to do It over again. Hope my project isn’t ruined by the watery liquid already.
