Hekla Lava 30c by BOIRON

I tried these to see if they helped back pain as I read they work for spinal stenosis. Not sure they did anything for me but also not sure If stenosis is my problem. Maybe cause I am not a huge believer in homeopathic remedies.

I had oral surgury and was using hypernicum 1m in water and my friend recommeded this remedy. I took it 3 days and pain went away. a win for homeopathy

Been taking Hekla Lava for over a year with excellent results. Before I started taking it, I had severe pain in my jaw that radiated to my lower molars (one molar hurt so bad I thought I had a toothache), then the pain extended to my ear and finally to the entire right side of my face and neck. Once I started on Hekla Lava every bit of the pain was gone and I could actually open my jaw with it popping and cracking.

I have pretty bad neck pain. Did the lava help? No. Put it back in the volcano.

Already feeling like this is working on my spinal stenosis. I was a little sceptical at first. But my back is already feeling less stiff. 2 months in and pretty optimistic at this point.

I get this because I use it for my stenosis. It is part of the stenosis protocol (google it) and it really works for me (when I stay with it!). It's very easy to use and lasts a long time as you only need one pellet that lasts in the water for about 1.5 to 2 weeks.
