These are great for workouts! They are sturdy and the book has quicj references so it doesnt slow things down. My kids love them and taking turns rolling them and it gets them active for a little while.

Loved the different levels of advancement and the boomer showing the proper way to do the exercises. At times you get in a slump doing the same exercises over and over and these are great way to mix up your workout
