These work great. They lift your heal .5 inches. Don't slip or move in the shoe. I used an old comfortable pair of sneakers. Huge savings, very solid product. If you do wear out your sneakers just move the heels to the next pair. After using felt an immediate difference. Definitely pushed my lifting onto my quads. Squats, Good mornings, Bavarian split squats etc. If you do go to a gym slip them into your shoes when you need them and remove them when you don't. No need to bring 2 pairs of shoes.

This is a great product. I put them in my gym shoes to help with increased ankle mobility during Olympic lifts. The lifts could be slightly higher but that’s the only gripe

Use double sided tape to keep them in place in gym shoes. Works as intended.

Great investment if Olympic shoes are out of your price range or if you're not a serious lifter. I am a personal trainer working with someone learning to barbell squat and he can easily put these in his shoes and take them out as needed. He says they are comfortable and doesn't mind wearing them just to walk around. Highly recommend.
