LOVED this sectional..at first- UPDATED REVIEW AFTER <1 YEAR OF USE
We just got our sectional yesterday and we already love it so much! We were so wary about buying furniture before seeing/feeling it but our risk paid off! It took about a week to get here (California to Virginia) and shipping was very painless! The company contacted me before shipping to let me know the details, then UPS called to set up a specific date. The pieces got here on time and not damaged at all. It took my boyfriend and little brother less than an hour to set it up with little complications. This is a firm couch, which we love! I actually slept on it last night. If you're looking for a couch to sink down it, don't get this one.We just love our couch and have gotten so many compliments on it!UPDATE- we've had the couch for about 2 weeks now and yes, we still love it! And the other review is correct in that clean-up is a breeze! Seriously, most stains just take a wet paper towel and it dries beautifully! We have also washed the covers and they wash great as well! We got a huge oil stain and just rubbed some shampoo and blue Dawn on it and it came right out! Definitely delicate cycle and tumble dry.The only thing we have left to do is somehow secure it to the ground either on a rug or something else...the pieces do slide a lot if you bump or jump on them. Overall, we are still loving our couch!UPDATE- DO NOT ORDER THIS COUCH!!! LESS THAN A YEAR LATER AND I ABSOLUTELY HATE THIS THING. BUYING A NEW ONE. HORRIBLE QUALITY, BAD SUPPORT, BAD DESIGNIn response to some comments- the couch started going south about 6 months in. Supports under cushions are made out of a 'seat belt' material that wears and breaks very easily. The leather exterior was very easily damaged- cushions almost seemed to shrink leaving huge gaps and required constant re-setting. Cushions also loose 'fluffiness' extremely fast. Excellent at first but this thing went in the trash after 1.5 years.

Updated Review!
Couch shipped and was received very quickly. Came in three different boxes, all of which were in good condition. They seemed to have fixed the shipping issues others had previously complained about. It was very easy to put together. My husband and I had it completed in about 35 minutes. Great couch for the price! My husband was very happy because he is 6'4 and can completely lay down on our couch now! The only reason I gave this 4 stars instead of 5 is because one of the legs had a small corner broken off of it when we took it out of the package. It still does its job and once it is put together you cannot see it or notice it. That would be the only downfall. The cushions are a little on the hard side but I'm guessing that they will soften in time. Would definitely recommend this couch!Update!!! One Year Later: So originally I gave this couch 4 stars after I received it; however after a little over 1 year - we are once again looking for a new sectional. The cushions on this couch constantly sag/move/fall off the couch. I have never had to spend so much time constantly putting a couch back together after someone sat on it but that's what I find myself doing all the time. The back cushions are completely sagged. After about 20 minutes of sitting on the couch there is a imprint that lasts for hours after you get up!! Not recommended for long term use at all!!!!

Very cheaply made, held together with STAPLES.
Incredibly cheaply made. Frame is a series of 1" thick wood pieces held together with STAPLES. Mine is falling apart after less than a year and it has barely been used- only by my roommate and I.

A Couch So Bad...
...It took me 6 months to work up the courage to admit to the Amazon public that I even bought it. For $250 it might be passable as dorm furniture for a year or two, but for an actual house or apartment containing a real live adult who actually expects to use it on a day to day basis, no way. Throw some kids into the mix and...it's not even worth going into. I liken this couch to the POLARIS MINI NUCLEAR SUB we used to see advertised in comic books in the 1970's. It's a sub! Made of cardboard, arriving in a flat package. Your eyes are sure to widen when you see the package ensemble arrives in. Quite small and flat, though not quite Polaris Nuclear Submarine cardboard flat, but flat and small enough that I guarantee you'll ask the delivery guy, "That's it?" to which he'll reply, "Yep. Sign here." You'll assemble it quickly, because there's almost literally "nothing to it!" A rickety pine wood frame covered in faux leather vinyl with very little support of any kind, and NO springs or suspension of any kind, screw on plastic legs and cushions covered in a fabric that is unlike anything I've ever felt and is just disturbingly...yucky...to the touch. You'll tell yourself something like "It'll feel better once it breaks in" but I can assure you it won't. You'll touch it 6 months later and still go, "BLECH!"One entertaining aspect of this couch if your sense of humor runs on the dark side, is watching tired kids come home from school and 'plop' down on the couch to play a game or watch some TV, only to land with a bone jarring thud as, again, there is no springage or sproingage OF ANY KIND in this couch!I bought this couch from a company called ELEGANT4U, which should have told the tale all by itself, though I must credit them for giving me some cash back and some spare legs after I complained with a video demonstrating how squeaky it was, apparently due to a fracture in one of the lengthwise struts. They wanted half the buying price to send it back, and rather than try and cram everything back into the boxes according to their exacting specifications and risk losing everything, I took the discount and kept it. I have just now thrown it in the basement and gone back to the old futon couch, which feels like the very lap of luxury!I know the picture looks really cute, and there's all these glowing reviews which are coming from goodness knows where. All I can say is, "Don't do it." Go to the crappiest fly by night couch superstore in your neighborhood and buy something you can actually see, and if money is tight, get one of the returns from the back room. You do not save money buying crap on the interwebs that you will despise from day one and throw in the basement or on the curb six months later.
