This oil is awesome. It is the true taste of white truffle and I put a little into any dish I would put garlic or onion in. It adds that certain something that is a wow factor. People rave over my French and Italian cooking with this in it.

No flavor
Tastes like Olive oil no smell or taste of the white truffle. Spend a few dollars more and get a better rated brand.

Didn't feel the flavor (punch) of the truffle
The picture looks too brownish but it actually looks slightly brighter than a regular extra virgin olive oil. Feels ands tastes like extra virgin olive oil, at the very end you feel that hint of truffle oil but just that, a very weak hint.

Bad Packaging Ruins Good Product.
It's delicious but the packaging stinks. The cheap foil cap is designed to split apart, with part staying on the neck and the remainder removed - but mine didn't split. I had to cut the perforations myself with a serrated knife - dangerous and annoying. Why any company would put such a cheap crappy seal on a luxury product is beyond me.
