The reviews are accurate. Good thing I ordered extra because there are a bunch that are cut to different lengths which make those useless. How does that even happen. Also screws that came included to fasten balusters were way too big and they werent even black like the balusters. They were a light grey which looks ridiculous. I still gave decent review as the balusters cut too exact length worked fine. I will have to purchase small black screws myself I guess.

Loved these and the ease of installation. Except now I have to go back through remove 200+ screws (4 per rail) bc they all have rust after only a week. These were supposed to be coated so they did not do that but obviously that was a lie. Love the rails, but would have used better screws.

Product is good but I needed exactly 101 like the listing states but I only received 100. I guess I'll have to purchase another pack to finish my project so value isn't great since I'll have to spend more money.I haven't found a way to message seller about issue.

The balusters vary in length by 5/16 of an inch. Considering the cost of the product that is very shoddy workmanship. Once you get the correct lengths plus remembering to order the mounting brackets the end product is acceptable.

These balusters looked great with the cedar railings we built. The homeowner was pleased with the look of them as well. Light weight aluminum will last forever without rusting. Would recommend this product.

I like it but I really didn't need it

aside from the countersunk head on the screw not being a good choice, the screws were too long for the baluster. I picked up some panhead screws and they no only fit better, they looked better.

Great product and value, but I received square balusters instead of round, and no mounting hardware, so we had to get some installation parts. I guess it was still a good value.

Good and simple. Mounting hardware seemed expensive so I just sunk them into the rails.
