I think Tudca is a must for improved liver health. I take many supplements so I'm not sure which one contributes to my energy level, but something is working! I take it about once a week. I'm on my third bottle. High quality product as far as I can tell.

I've been trying various brands of TUDCA and haven't experienced any difference in their benefits; they all seem the same. So why buy the expensive brands when the less expensive ones have the same benefits. The Terraform brand is a good value.

My mom has digestive problems and once I had my liver enzymes on blood work come back with a finding. We purchased the Liver Support and can notice positive differences already (3 weeks). Her digestion is better and her bowel movements have improved. (Not going to get graphic here!) Anyway, I feel more regular and I'll update when I have my blood drawn again and see how the numbers look. Recommend!
