GoFit Unisex's Extreme Tube/Band Door Anchor, Black, 11.5 x 3 x 2-Inch

Works great. I didn't think a hollow interior bedroom door would be a good anchor point, however if installed right above or below the hinge it's very solid. I don't feel like i'm damaging or wrecking any part of the door or frame. I also use this for our battle rope, I attach it to the bottom of our front door which is much more solid and robust. It is not advertised for that but it feels secure.

I have to do special exercises for physio at home, and having this on a door where I pass so many times a day has made remember to do my exercises so much easier. My back feels better and I have had complitments on how strong my arms and back looks. It actually makes doing the exercises fun!

Glad to have found this online -- I think a lot of other sellers are getting their anchors to rank higher, but I just wanted this tried and true door anchor. Works amazing, has never failed me. Of course, in the past few years of Covid19 pandemic this is a necessary piece for at home workouts.Keep it up GoFit

Mount the door anchor as per instructions but buy a 3” spring snap and fit it into the door anchor. You can then add or remove your resistance bands easily.

I’ve used regularly for about a year now with no quality issues whatsoever
