In the world series of dongle dacs
Really? Are you serious? You have to be joking!!? Wow. These were all things going thru my mind the first time I plugged this in to my phone. Why? Cuz it actually works. It really works and it works so easily and so well. I use it on my Moto g7 and on my haovm tablet and it works perfectly on both. It gives you that balanced Soundstage. Its like listening to your favorite songs for the first time all over again. Yes it's only pcm but the vast majority of songs are so no big deal. For those of us with dsd on our devices just set whatever app you use to decode dsd to pcp and you're set. Yes I know they sound different yes I know they sound the same but u can only work with what you got. This sounds to me pretty much the same as the fosi hd 3 2.5mm output. If you're curious about what balanced 2.5mm sound is all about and wanna try it on the cheap get this get the 2.5mm to 3.5mm ycs cable and plug it into some headphones that accept a 4 pole connector and prepare to be weirded out. It's really interesting and cool. This dongle would totally be in the world series of usb c dongle if such a controversial and polarizing event actually existed and I was on the nomination committee.

It's a decent dongle that doesn't add bulk
I listened to my galaxy s23 with a pair of focal Elegia's and a Senhheiser 660s2. Both headphones sounded good with this dongle. It's not an ifi Gryphon by any means but it does have a decent sound profile and doesn't add bulk. Good for commuting and bagless winter walks. One reviewer had sound playing on the opposite ear to what they expected; I had this experience when the usb c connector was the wrong way round. When the logo faces you the sound is great. Highly recommend this as a supremely portable balanced audio cable. Both cans sound phenomenal with a balanced cable on a decent dac/amp. The same is true using this dongle.

Excellent 384 kHz 32 bit it gives exactly as advertised go to 384 kHz 32 bit
It was exactly as advertised and it sounds great for headphones and my speakers from my Receiver to my Windows 10 PC ,I have bought others but they were advertised 384 32 bit but were 192 kHz 24 just knowing it works the only thing I wasnt sure of was there were no other reviews ,I would advise a friend to get this and that GUC has been %100 with me it gave me if you have mic troubles (I use it for 384 kHz 32 bit )if its for a PC just use another Mic if Cell Phone try the same ,it worked very well for youtube songs Thank You rsdno

It was alright, it has the looks, that's for sure
The product itself is fine, it does everything it sets out to do, and even though I think the microphone quality could improve, I know that it is a chipset limitation. However, with this in mind, the microphone also has a constant whistle noise in the background, it is a constant no matter where I am. Besides this there is also a constant white noise every time I move the cable, and even randomly disconnected from time to time, because of this I recently ordered a replacement, and this one had the same problems as well!It has the looks, that's for sure, however, the annoyances turn the item from being great to just alright. Good looks, but it's qualities are nothing but standard, with annoyances that might be a turn off for some people.

So far, this one lasts and sounds great
This sounds fantastic, and is built with quality materials, built well. I've gone through my share on Amazon here, and this one has taken the abuse of everyday use on construction jobsites. Worth every penny.

Good value, comparable to apple dongle
build quality seems good, and it's nice that they include a USB C to USB A adapter. I find the audio comparable to the apple dongle, which is high praise in terms of value. Probably the biggest fault for both this and the apple dongle is cross talk. I notice on songs that have instruments that are supposed to come from one direction tend to echo on the other ear. (example steel guitar at the beginning of The Chain by Fleetwood Mac). This may not be an issue if you hook it up to speakers, but can be distracting on IEMs and headphones.
