We do this once a year. This was the best kit we've ever tried. It was a wide variety of colors, and they gave two bottles for popular colors, so we didn't run dry making 8 shirts. The shirts turned out great, with intense colors holding even after the first machine wash. The kit also included a big plastic sheet to contain mess, plastic gloves, rubber bands, and an instruction sheet.

Bought this as a Christmas gift and it has been wonderful. We made 7 shirts the first day and have 8 bottles left that we didn’t mix to make more. It is messy but that is to be expected. The colors are vibrant and look great even after a couple washes. I do recommend soaking in a 50/50 water and vinegar solution after you’ve rinsed the dye from the shirts. I think that helped with the vibrancy. And also putting the dye on damp shirts helped too. I will be buying this again. My 18 year old and 11 year old really enjoyed this. And can’t wait to wear their 4th of July shirts

This was so much fun! Over the holiday, all my grandchildren were coming to our home. I wanted to have some awesome activities to do.I bought to water guns, the white T shirts and let them do their own designs.It was so much fun!

GREAT PRODUCT and super fun. This was a really fun and easy craft. You just add water to the bottles and shake. The box includes gloves, a tarp, rubber bands and numerous colors. There is also a guide for different styles of tiedye. It worked great and you can use it numerous times. Good quality and value for money. Colors are beautiful.

So I bought this kit for a group of us to tie-dye t-shirts, it worked pretty well except for two things. 1. After your tie rubber bands around your shirt, before applying the tie-dye, have a bucket of cool water with a drop or two of vinegar in it to dunk the shirts in and then pull them out and squeeze some of the water back in the bucket before applying colors. 2. The colors in this kit were pretty good, however, I don't think we needed 3 shades of red, only one bottle of orange, and we didn't use any black at all. The colors could have been more evenly bottled with an exception for cobalt or royal blue, ditch the black and put another bottole of that and ditch one of the reds and give another orange. One more thing, the kit says it comes with 18 colors, we only got 16 bottles. We didn't use 3-4 bottles at all with 10 of us tie-dying, but I would buy a kit from Tulup again, I might look for one that doesn't have black. I hope this info helps others in the future.

This is perfect for younger kids (6-10). Grand daughter loved making several shirts! Plenty of dye. What we didn’t use in one setting we saved to use again. Instructions indicate dye will not be as strong but we found it was still good for our use. Reasonable price for what all comes in the packet! Plenty for summer fun projects!!

Great little set! Colors a lot of shirts. I made five shirts and activated six colors and I still have dye to use. It says to use when activated but I guess we added water to too many colors. I’ve just bought another set to enjoy with the grand and great grands. I probably didn’t need the second set but “I’m well prepared” for what ever happens! Hahaha Why did you pick this product vs others?:Cost and color availability and has everything you need.

We have used this dye for years for many parties! It works great and everyone always complements our designs. Our shirts still look great years later.
