This is a fantastic hair tool! It doesn't fry my hair and glides smoothly over it, leaving it straight and not frizzy at all!!

Gave this to my daughter for Christmas when she asked for a $500 flat iron. While it didn't cost near that amount, it works like it was $500! The plates never get sticky and always leave beautiful and evenly flat hair.

This product was shipped in a Amazon bag and when received the bag was opened and box was partially opened. Although this was in a box from manufacturer it was an expensive item and I expected it to be shipped in a Amazon box. As a result it wouldn’t even turn on! Disappointed. As a result I won’t be reordering and will buy from a different vendor.

Just bought this to replace a straightener I left behind on accident while traveling. My other straightener was over $300 - this was far less money and actually works much, much better.

The brand promises shiny, hydrated, salon-quality results, but my experience was the opposite.Pros:• Heats up quickly and the swivel cord is convenient.• Lightweight and easy to handle.Cons:• My hair looks dull after use, with none of the shine I get from my BaByliss.• Even with the “Moisturizing Heat” and 24K Gold MX claims, my hair feels flat and lifeless.• Definitely not worth the price if you expect an upgrade in results.If you already own a BaByliss, stick with it—this one is all hype and no shine.
