I previously ordered 2 of the personalized totes, for Christmas gifts. I was very pleased with the floral prints, and the personalized names were as requested. I may order one for myself.I ordered another tote, on behalf of my Mother, as a gift to a friend. There was a slight error, on the customization, and the seller agreed to resend the order, with the customization requested, at no additional cost.

The bag is very nice, just as pictured. Nothing was misprinted. The design was a tad faint, but that may just be apart of what it's supposed to look like. All in all, worth the price.

I used these as part of a gift for Teacher Appreciation Week and they were awesome. Sturdy material and lots of space inside for several gifts.
