OK, I've read most all negative reviews about the zipper but decided to order it anyway, since one 5-star rating stood out, and provided hints on a fix, resulting in good functionality. So I put it to the test. At first I was frustrated like everyone else, since the zipper hardly budged. I then decided to bit by bit knead down the inner rim above and below the zipper and stretch up the bag a bit, slightly pulling on the lid at the edges. Low and behold, I was finally able to close it! I let it stand for a few moments and unzipped it again. It worked, with minor corrections as before. It then zipped and unzipped in a seamless manner, working perfectly. If it weren't for all this effort, I would have given a 5-star rating. One would expect to be provided with a flawlessly working zipper. Not in this case! It takes effort on the side of the customer, but the results are satisfying. I fully understand that many give a negative review and send it back, since customers generally are not aware of the work around. Had I not read the one positive review, providing hints on how to fix the issue, I probably would have done the same. The seller really should provide guidelines on this matter. It's a nice looking bag and suits my needs.

I have had this lunch bag for roughly 15 months now. I use it every day and it looks pretty much the same as it did the day I bought it. Inside and outside are both still in great shape. The lining inside is still intact with no cracks. Large capacity. This thing holds quite a bit. I would buy this again if needed.

Bought two of these lunch bags and all i can say is this thing fits a whole lot of food containers lol. It's super easy to clean if something spills inside too. Zippers seem to be fine and the strap doesn't seem to become loose!

I work as a nurse in the operating room. Sometimes I work really long shifts, and I want to pack both a lunch and a dinner or simply just have options.This works great! It can fit a ton of stuff. I’ve had no issues with the zipper or leaking. It’s a little too bulky to put in my backpack, but it has 2 carrying handles making it easy to transport around. Food stays pretty cold and fresh.Overall very happy with my purchase and would recommend!

I found this lunch bag to be precisely what I wanted. The description states it is a medium sized bag and I concur. I have room to place two or three small glass containers in my lunch with extra vertical space. The internal available space does not accommodate more than 2 small rectangular glass snap lid containers setting flat. Two 4.5" X 6.5" containers set flat. Anything larger and one will need to set at an angle. There is room for a second layer if the need arrives. Be advised the first time you get this bag, you will have to fight with zipper for the top of the bag, it will not want to zip/close easily. Don't give up, work through this and once you are able to get that to zip fully closed the first time you will not have any more issues. The zippers will zip and unzip easily. I have had no issues with mine once I have started using it. Inside the bag top is a mesh pocket where I will store silverware. The interior of the bag is one single layer of plastic w/o seams or stitching so as long as the bag is in an upright position any spills inside the bag are quick and easy to clean up. The interior is waterproof so no soaking or bleeding of spilled liquids to the outside material. The rest of the bag features are evident in the photos. Finally the shoulder strap is easily removable should you choose not to use it.

I work long shifts in a hospital so I often need to have multiple meals packed with me. This is a great lunch bag, holds a lot and keeps things cool. I really like the zipper pocket on the front.Would also make a great little beach cooler.

Husband uses this to hold his plastic containers of fishing lures etc. stronger than the one that fell apart.

Péssima qualidade! Paguei 160 reais pensando que seria uma coisa boa e é uma tremenda porcaria. As de 50 reais do mercado tem uma qualidade melhor que essa. Produto de casas china. Decepcionada com a compra. Totalmente diferente do produto que oferecem nas fotos.

Great compact lunch bag - exactly what we needed. So much better than the bulky hard lunchboxes. When not in use - so easy to store pretty much ANYWHERE!
