The water bottle would seem to be susceptible to being knocked over. The cap has broken twice and this is the correct lid to replace the broken lid.

Item ordered based on description “With an in-built fruit infusion filter” because original filter was lost. Received replacement cap without filter. Benefit of the doubt - thought maybe it was defective. Ordered second replacement and again received cap without filter. Bottle totally useless for intended purpose now - waste of money. Would NOT recommend purchasing this item if you need a replacement filter. Second item being returned.

The cap itself is OK, for a plastic lid, but it leaks. The problem is the price. It's crazy.First, $20 to replace a plastic lid is overpriced. But then to charge ANOTHER $20 to ship it is just insane.I actually have four of these bottles and all four of the lids have broken in some respect. The only thing especially great about them is they're cute. They aren't insulated, but they are antimicrobial, which is convenient. Also, they are not leakproof. I have made a habit of putting my hand under the bottle to protect my shirt from the dribbles coming put of the cap. Also, being lightweight, they're top heavy when not full. So they have a tendency to topple over, and that's when the caps get cracked, and eventually something breaks, making them inconvenient to use. But $40 to replace a plastic cap is simply stupid, when you can spend half that on a nice metal, insulated bottle with a much better quality cap...which is also a lot cheaper to replace.I would not recommend. The cap is only ok, and the price is outrageous.

Ordered this as an alternate to my straw cap. The straw cap would leak whenever I was on a plane due to pressure so got this one for the lid. Works really well and the clasp is nice when I pack it away but despite frequent cleaning, the rubber stoppers started growing black mold. I tried contacting customer service for a way to get replacement stoppers, as the cap itself is fine, but they told me I just had to buy a whole new cap. I can order new straws and mouth pieces for my other cap so that was disappointing to hear. Will be discarding this so I don't get sick.
