PharMeDoc Gliding Discs Exercise Sliders - Core Sliders for A Full Body Workout, Set of 2

These disc core sliders actually work well on carpet. I was not expecting that. Even though it states that they will, I figured it would be harder to slide across the carpet but actually they slide quite easily. These are great for a various number of exercises. I gave them only 4 stars because you can tell that the material where you hands go will wear off fairly quickly. I do not know this for sure but it seems as if it will.

Got these in place of furniture sliders for my very big log bed. The other sliders were too small for under these huge logs and I want to be able to slide my bed over if I feel like it. Buy 2 sets. Measure the width of the logs foot area first.

Just remember how cheap these are, because they will seem that way when you get them. They had big bubbles in them that I had to push out of the fabric, and the fabric is already coming apart from the plastic after seriously 3 or so uses.

Hardly used and already it's falling apart . the glue on the front side is peeling off after a couple of tries and the other side is severly scratched and I have a smooth carper to work out in. Buy at your own risk.

Couldn't ask for more. Works fine on both carpet and hard surfaces. I saw choices for way more money but this was just right.

I tried using these sliders for a short period of time. They were very frustrating. My feet did not stay on the sliders. I kept having to reposition myself during the exercise. They really need to have some kind of lip on them to keep them in place.

Does the job just like any other gliders. You can use these on carpeted floor or wood/laminated/tiled floors which a lot of other brands you can not.

Do not use these on wood floors. They leave huge scratches and will damage your floors.
