Suction works about as expected, and the little extending nose is a great feature. However, the battery in my unit appears to be dead. Despite being plugged in for hours, it doesn't even pretend to hold a charge. Only works while plugged in.UPDATE: I contacted the company about the dead battery (their website was down, but I found KashIt via Facebook). They were pretty quick to respond to my message (within two hours tops, maybe just one), and almost immediately asked for shipping info for a replacement. I got shipping info that day (Friday), and it was sent Priority and a working replacement in my hands Monday.I can't entirely give it a 5 since I did get a bum unit to start, but I was definitely impressed with the speed and cooperativeness of the company. As above, the product does exactly what it is supposed to, and I would overall recommend it.
