Not effective!
In the 21 years I've been a hairdresser, I've never had a problem with straightening hair. This product used to be my favorite one. But they must have changed something. I followed directions step by step, and after all the work....the wave is still there...and still as frizzy as it was before straightening. I will never buy it again. Wellastrate Intense Straightener is by far more effective!
