Q: I need to glue styrofoam to the inside of a terracotta pot - would this work? I have fake flowers in the styrofoam and need it to stick to the pot.

It should work good. It hasn't melted the styrofoam for me and sticks to most things

Q: Will this hold glass to Styrofoam and is it resistant to slightly damp conditions?

I used it to glue artificial turf to florist styrofoam to make a graveyard for "Children of the Corndogs" for Halloween. It worked really well. You apply glue to both surfaces and wait 10 minutes before pressing them together.
