Reliable and professional
I purchased the lady bugs previously and recently got the green lacewings. My first batch of lacewings didn't have much hatch and I asked them for any advice of what I could do and they promptly sent me a new shipment without any hassle. The new shipment I had to quickly place them as they were very lively and crawling on my hand. I will be using them again for sure.

1 got ONE larvae out of 2 packs of 2500
This was an absolute waste. The first time I tried lacewing eggs from another vendor, I got a very low hatch grade but got some. Based on that, this time I monitored the hatching before releasing. The first pack gave me absolutely nothing. Not a single one. I contacted the vendor and they were very nice and send me another one. It came with one live larvae. I released it and monitored the hatching for the others. Not a single one more hatched. Have given them more than a month.

Uh maybe
This could be great, but I don’t know when you release them. They do whatever they want in most scatter and I have not seen any sense. This could be my personal issue though.

I’ve had great results
Excellent natural solution to the heavy aphid infestation on my 2 Rose of Sharon shrubs. I began using them 2 years ago. About to order for the fourth time to keep the aphids in check. Follow the instruction carefully and they will do the job for you. Yes, I once had a batch that didn’t make it thru the mail, they seemed to have already hatched before getting to me, but the company responded quickly to make things right. I also try to time when I place my order to avoid the weekend. I place the order Sunday night so that I receive by Friday or Saturday.

lacewing
I have been using this company's products for over a year now and have had great results with them every time. even the one time I received an order of lacewing larvae and when I opened the package and did the usual things got everything ready setup and waited for a week. after that I had contacted the company and they did everything they could even offered me a refund but I choose to get a replacement to wich they promptly sent and this time whin i opend the package there was larvae already visibly moving around. this company has great products as well.

Not one hatched. I gave them weeks and still nothing.
Up until this order I have had great luck with Nature's Good Guys, but this time I was really disappointed. It is possible the bugs were frozen during shipping, but I doubt it since the about 80% of the lady bugs in the same shipment were alive and healthy. In fact they were so lively the flooded out of the bag as soon as I cut a small hole in it. They were thirsty which is to be expected, but seemed healthy. Only about 20% were dead or died within the first day from what I could see. I have not reached the company to get a resolution, but if they offer one I will update or remove this review.

Arrived dead
None of the lacewings were alive or viable. Waste of money.

They're dead Jim.
Unfortunately my lacewings were shipped over the New Year's holiday, and arrived dead and never hatched. I still have lot's of aphids though.
