Isn't Indonesian sambal style
We are Indonesian never put ginger as our authentic sambal recipes.if you put ginger as your ingredient so the authentic taste is very different. Just simply recipes if do you want made authentic Indonesian sambal is fresh red small chili,fresh red big chilly,tomato,some onion,some garlic,terasi (shrimp paste).then mix by hand blend/mixer.
