Love this fire - it changed the whole room! Warms up area quickly and looks lovely just with the flame🙏

The fan is quiet and I’m happy with heat output. However the imitation burning logs look orange and very artificial, no subtle effects compared to the smaller similar one bought many years ago from a different manufacturer.

I had high hopes for it and despite that it still exceeded my expectations looking great. We've had quite a few compliments on it by people visiting our place.

Just attach the legs & switch on!It looks fine & heard the room quickly.Yes, the door/ handle is plasticky & the flame effect could be brighter, but overall good value compared to other smaller ones I’ve seen.Nice shape.

Good little fire heats my room really well. Looks really good. Easy to assemble, my only complaint is that it feels very plastic and flimsy But a great a little fire for what i need it for. Does the job.

This is a nice little electric fire. I bought it as a project in lockdown for our rental flat and built a whole fireplace around it! Nothing else to do this winter and it’s actually become the dog’s fireplace more than ours. I’ve got it hooked up to Alexa so that we can turn it on and off remotely for the dog (and us). I like the size of it because many of them are a fair bit taller. It’s works great and is reliable. On one occasion the fire effect did freeze but I just restarted it at the mains and no further issues. It’s pretty efficient to. I worked out on the low setting it costs about 16p an hour to run, which is nice when we don’t want to run the central heating through our whole flat. Especially in the evening. It has a nice colour and finish. That’s about it.

Nice little flame affect fire. Doesn't take up much room. The fire blasts out heat, then once comfortable you can set with the same knob...the thermostat that will switch the heat on and off to maintain that temperature. Only one thing to remember..the legs have to be screwed on. 3 screws per leg. One screw is a tiny bit awkward.. just take your time. The legs are sturdy and the fire attractive. Overall It does the job, it is sturdy, simple to use and I believe the right price. Ample for my man cave, a cube with 10ft sides.

I was persuaded to buy this gimmicky fire against my better judgment - it's merely a hair drier attached to a fancy plastic box, after all - and the flame effect, the one saving grace of this device, has failed ONE day after the return window of one month which should tell you all you need to know about the longevity of these products.I opened up the back expecting to see a bulb that I could replace, but as you can see it is a circuit board with two leds hard wired into the feed from the motor, so as both bulbs seem to have simultaneously broken, anything could have failed in that setup and it is probably beyond the DIYer to fix.I have had a lot of trouble getting this review to be accepted so removed the photos of the circuit board I had attached. I have also contacted C-Hopewell and sincerely hope I get a response.So far this has been a complete waste of my money and time. And as the Hives said, 'I hate to say I told you so'Just get a £30 fan heater from Argos, place it under a TV and play a flame effect video.EDIT - The seller acknowledged that the broken light cannot be fixed and very quickly dispatched a replacement fire last week. Fingers crossed it will last longer than a lunar cycle.
